Function Centre Venue Hire Fees
Include facility hire, bar staff, tables, chairs, glasses, crockery, utensils, table cloths, instant tea & coffee, microphones, lectern, TV for slide shows, full audio throughout facility, room preparation, pre & post cleaning.
Hire fees are negotiable - ask for any specials at the time of booking.
Take the stress out of your event… full catering can be organised by Port Lincoln Racing Club on your behalf or you can use your preferred caterer or provide your own catering.
Kitchen hire fee $110.00
Additional bar staff $30.00 per hour
(e.g. beverage table service - increased hourly rate applicable for Sundays and Public Holidays)
White Plastic Tables & Chairs (outside functions)
Marquees are available for hire through Open Eyre Events.
All function components and services incorporate a component for GST applied at the time of invoice.
